• Rapid response: customer service officer within 15 minutes of receiving complaints from customers are given treatment;
• Arrive: arrived on site within 4 hours, the provincial capital, second-tier cities, arrived at the site within 8 hours, within 24 hours to reach users in remote areas;
• Site: arrived on site within 24 hours of processing;
• Finish processing: handling of customer complaints within 24 hours.
