1、Flexible Manufacturing Systems

Flex is a computer-controlled manufacturing systems and advanced manufacturing technology in one integrated high-tech integrated technology to improve the traditional production process to achieve a flexible production of many varieties, large quantities of, and solutions to fundamentally improve the efficiency of the electronic circuit board processing and quality issues. （二）Technical superiority

 

Using this technology, the servo motor and drive with most of the existing products, compared with the following advantages：

1.Accuracy: to achieve a closed-loop control of position, velocity and torque; stepper motor step to overcome the problem;

2.Speed: high-speed performance, generally rated speed can reach 1,000 to 6,000 rpm;

1、Servo motor: Supply voltage 220V / 380V, power 0.1-30kW, the maximum instantaneous overload up to 4 times the maximum speed 9000rpm, nominal output torque 0.15-191Nm, peak torque 1.6-500Nm.

2、Drive: Supply voltage 220V / 380V, continuous output current 1A-90A, up to 5 times the maximum instantaneous overload, no-load speed loop bandwidth 2000Hz or more, supports two or more high-speed fieldbus interface.

（四）Process

Project production process shown in Figure

Feeding (ZKS-300L automatic feeder) → paste printing (GD-450 automatic printing presses) → SMT Detection (ZKS-300A 1 m connected to Taiwan) → patch → (SM482 SMT) → SMT detection (ZKS-300B 1 m connected to Taiwan) → 10 temperature lead-free reflow (ZKS-6010) → cutting (ZKS-300U automated cutting machine)。
