1、Flexible Manufacturing Systems

(二)Technical superiority
Using this technology, the servo motor and drive with most of the existing products, compared with the following advantages:
1.Accuracy: to achieve a closed-loop control of position, velocity and torque; stepper motor step to overcome the problem;

2、Drive: Supply voltage 220V / 380V, continuous output current 1A-90A, up to 5 times the maximum instantaneous overload, no-load speed loop bandwidth 2000Hz or more, supports two or more high-speed fieldbus interface.

Feeding (ZKS-300L automatic feeder) → paste printing (GD-450 automatic printing presses) → SMT Detection (ZKS-300A 1 m connected to Taiwan) → patch → (SM482 SMT) → SMT detection (ZKS-300B 1 m connected to Taiwan) → 10 temperature lead-free reflow (ZKS-6010) → cutting (ZKS-300U automated cutting machine)。
