YFSK S-T series automatic alignment of drives dedicated not only to locate embedded location tracking feature that

can follow the encoder output of the motor ahead and execute in a set ratio the digitized accurate linkage control, but also increase the automatic correction function in relative position as to two running motors in a rate and linkage control status. It is applicable to various kinds of feedstock alignment system, transmit systems between conveyors , the cross cutting system of the rear paper jam in printing and other system that need contraposition.

Technical Features

◆The system design is based on "Position correction" as a starting point, to replace the use of traditional "speed correction" concept, and get the result of quick response and high accuracy. It need only one time signal correction and could make the automatic synchronization of actions immediately.

◆In any position of the motor in control, it can be directly started and it is the fastest type to complete the calibration.

◆While it restarts after stop, it can keep the synchronization status before stopping.

◆After the operation, it can still directly detect the input signal and perform the fine-tune actions on automatic

synchronization at any time.

◆From the lowest speed to the full range of high-speed operation, it can be kept the same accuracy by auto

synchronized alignment and contraposition.

◆It can set up the offset compensation (Oftset Distance) between two contraposition signals and greatly increases the scope of application of the system.

◆Combination of Motion controller and servo drive (Motion Control + Servo Orive), replacing the dedicated controller or the traditional PLC plus high-speed meter configuration for which it saves the cost of design work,installation and

procurement.

◆It can directly control the brushless servo (Brush-Less) or induction servo induction motors respectively.

◆Containing high-performance 32-bit microprocessor and 125us dynamic high-speed computing circuit.

◆Can accept maximum measured high speed length of 400Kpps signal (A / B phase.cw / ccw, CK DIR, etc. signal applicable).
